Ms. Clark provides a variety of notarial services and serves as an Authorized Representative for USCIS Form I-9. She is commissioned as both a Remote and Traditional Notary by the Secretary of New York State.

In New York, notaries are permitted to set their own travel fees, and all fees listed on this site include travel costs.

Ms. Clark offers notary services at homes, offices, hospitals, hotels, and other locations in Manhattan (by appointment), during or after business hours. She is available from early morning until 9 PM, including weekends and holidays. Her Mobile Notary Public Service is dedicated to providing fast, dependable services across New York and Manhattan.

Remote Notary Services

Ms. Clark serves clients both in New York and out of state remotely via the Blue Notary platform: https://app.bluenotary.us/. There’s no need for a subscription; you pay for each individual notarial act through an invoice generated on the platform. Appointments are scheduled through invitations initiated by Ms. Clark. Please specify “REMOTE NOTARIZATION” in your booking request and the type of document you need notarized.

No need to leave your home or office. You can have your documents notarized online! Just have a device (iPhone, iPad, laptop, or computer) with a camera, microphone, and internet connection, along with a valid photo ID. The process takes only 5-15 minutes.

Remote notarization pricing:

    •    One stamp (per signer): $25

    •    Each additional signer: $10

(Example: A document with two signers will cost $40 per session)

    •    Additional stamp: $10

    •    Invite your own witness: $20

    •    Witness as a service via Blue Notary: $20 (please request this in advance)

Mobile (Traveling) Notary Services

The fee for notarizing one signature (one stamp) is $25. Additional transportation fees may apply, depending on your location in Manhattan. Unfortunately, due to transportation limitations, Ms. Clark primarily serves clients in Manhattan and cannot easily travel to other boroughs. For clients outside Manhattan, remote services are recommended.

In-person notarization fees:

    •    One signature remotely: $25

    •    Additional signature on the same document: $5

    •    Notarization of a separate document within the same appointment: $15

    •    Additional signer (per signature/stamp): $15

Ms. Clark can also act as a witness for Power of Attorney, Wills, and other documents at $20 per document.

For large document packages with multiple signers and signatures, flat hourly rates apply:

    •    30 minutes: $45

    •    60 minutes: $75

    •    90 minutes: $120

Note: Vital documents, court orders, and federally issued documents cannot be notarized but can be certified for $50 each.
