APOSTILLE

Ms. Clark assists clients in obtaining Apostilles and Certificates of Authentication for documents issued within New York State. All apostilles are processed through the New York State Department of State in accordance with state and federal requirements.

Eligible Documents

Only documents that are officially issued in New York State or notarized by a licensed New York Notary Public are eligible for apostille processing. These include:

  • Vital records (birth, death, marriage certificates) issued by the NYS Department of Health or local municipal clerks

    Note: Vital record certificates themselves cannot be notarized, but Ms. Clark can assist with obtaining certified copies from the appropriate issuing agency.

  • Divorce decrees issued by a New York court

  • Court orders, judgments, and letters of guardianship

  • Educational records (school transcripts and diplomas) that have been properly certified by a school official and notarized

  • Corporate documents (Certificates of Incorporation, Good Standing, etc.)

  • Notarized documents that meet NYS notarization requirements

  • Any other documents requiring authentication of a NYS public official’s signature for international use

Processing Options & Fees

Regular Apostille (1–2 weeks)

$150 per document (includes USPS shipping within the U.S.)

Additional documents processed in the same order: $50 each; discounts are available for large packages.

International shipping available at the fee charged by the chosen courier.

Processing times depend on the Department of State and may vary.

How to Begin

Email a clear scan of your document to elenadclark.notary@gmail.com for eligibility review.

If the document requires notarization before apostille submission, Ms. Clark will complete that step at no additional cost if in person. If remotely, the fees of the third party notary platform will apply.

Once reviewed and approved, you may place your order by email, mail, or in person.

Payment Methods

Payments are accepted via Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, Western Union, MoneyGram, money order, or certified check (payable to EDC WORLD Inc).

Document Delivery

Completed apostilled documents are shipped for additional courier’s fee via:

  • USPS Priority

  • USPS Overnight (U.S. only)

  • DHL (international)

Translation Services

Certified translations are available upon request for an additional fee.
