Standard Appointment (1 hour): $200

30 minutes: $100
Includes notary/signing services, document review, and professional appointment time.

Each Additional Hour (same appointment): $150, 30 minutes $75.

Travel / Commute Fee:
Calculated based on location and urgency (Manhattan prioritized).

Due to transportation limitations, in-person services are offered primarily within Manhattan.

For clients outside Manhattan, Remote Online Notarization is recommended.

💻 Remote Notary Services (Nationwide & Worldwide):

Have your documents notarized securely from anywhere — home, office, hotel, or abroad.

All you need is:

• A smartphone, tablet, or computer

• Camera, microphone, and stable internet

• Valid photo ID (all information clearly shown in English, if it is bilingual)

Sessions take about 15-30 minutes.

Remote notarization is completed through the secure, industry-standard Blue Notary platform.

No subscription is required — you only pay for the notarial act directly to the platform and the notary's fee.

When requesting your appointment, please specify “REMOTE NOTARIZATION” and indicate the documents you need notarized.

Ms. Clark can also serve as a witness for Powers of Attorney, Wills, and other documents.
